Karl Siebuhr, MD, is a skilled orthopaedic specialist practicing at Reconstructive Orthopaedics of Central Florida, located in Ocala, Florida. Dr. Siebuhr has been a board-certified orthopedist for 14 years.
Dr. Siebuhr practiced general and joint orthopedics for nine years and then did a trauma fellowship in San Francisco and Germany. He worked in big practices for many years and decided that his patients deserved better than being looked at as a number, so Dr. Siebuhr opened his practice in July 2020. Each patient case is looked at on a personal level, and their care represents that. There are many patients that have followed Dr. Siebuhr to his practice, and there are even those that have made the trip from New York, Georgia, and South Carolina because they knew they would receive the best care from him.
As a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Siebuhr has served as an orthopedic surgeon in Ocala and surrounding areas since 2017. He founded Reconstructive Orthopedics of Central Florida with the idea of offering high-quality, patient-focused care utilizing cutting-edge technology, including robotics-assisted knee replacements, as well as joint replacement and sports medicine surgeries of the shoulder, knee, and hip.
Dr. Siebuhr graduated magna cum laude from the University of Nebraska with a bachelor’s degree in biology and health sciences. He later earned his medical degree at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, and also holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, cum laude.
A published author, Dr. Siebuhr is also a member of the Clinical Faculty at the University of Central Florida’s Orthopaedic Residency Program.
In his free time, Dr. Siebuhr enjoys fishing, boating, and spending time with his family.
